Coworking desks are typically available on a monthly rolling basis, while private offices are usually contracted annually. Shorter or longer terms may be available depending on the workspace — ask during your viewing.
What is included in the price?
The published packages include fibre internet, meeting-room access, utilities, cleaning, refreshments, office support, 24-hour access-card entry, reception areas, CCTV security and parking permits, subject to the final agreement.
Is a deposit required?
Most packages require a refundable security deposit alongside the first payment. The exact amount depends on the workspace and contract term and will be confirmed in writing before you sign.
How do I arrange a viewing?
Contact our team with your team size, budget and preferred location, and we will arrange a viewing at a suitable Abu Dhabi business centre. Viewings run Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.
